A toolkit to support teachers in teaching controversial topics, in particular those relating to terrorism, extremism and radicalisation. Suffolk SACRE, under the leadership of Jan McGuire and with contributions from many Suffolk teachers, produced this suite of resources for schools to support implementation of the Prevent duty. The toolkit introduces several frameworks which can build teachers’ confidence in holding discussions on controversial issues.
